      You can access e-learning modules through your institution’s subscription to the AMA GME Competency Education Program.

      To update your AMA account information, such as name, email, or username, please contact the AMA Unified Service Center.

      To reset your password, click on the "forgot username or password" link on the sign in page.

      If you are an administrator and would like information on assigning courses or creating curricula, access Recommended Curricula Options, or contact GCEP@ama-assn.org.

    • How do I add users to the AMA GME Competency Education Program?

      To add users to the AMA GME Competency Education Program, please contact GCEP@ama-assn.org for more information.

    • How do I update learner information (e.g. PGY, program, email address)?

      If you are an administrator and would like to update user details such as PGY or program information, please contact GCEP@ama-assn.org.

    • How do I track completions and report progress of resident, fellow and faculty learners?

      For information on running reports, access the admin user guide or contact GCEP@ama-assn.org.

    • Can I see my residents' dashboard page?

      Although you are unable to access a specific resident’s dashboard, you do have the ability to view the learner experience of the program. Go to the person icon in the upper right and click “Learner Experience” on the right panel menu. For information, access the admin user guide.

    • Where can I find courses assigned by my institution?

      To see your assigned courses, log in to the AMA GME Competency Education Program.

    • Am I an AMA member through my access to the AMA GME Competency Education Program?

      AMA membership is provided to residents and fellows for institutions subscribed to the AMA GME Competency Education Program.

      AMA membership is based on a calendar year.
